Igor Matich is the Founder and Executive Director of Dynamo6 with a technical leadership career in IT spanning over two decades. Igor has cultivated deep expertise in managing IT operations, cloud platforms, digital strategy, and software development. He provides strategic leadership to the Dynamo6 team, guiding the company in its mission to deliver innovative and impactful technology solutions. His early and enthusiastic adoption of global cloud platforms has been a driving force behind the company's success.

Born and raised in Croatia, Igor’s passion for technology and solving problems was inspired by his father, a computer programmer. When he was a teenager Igor and his family immigrated to New Zealand following the Yugoslav war in the 90s. An experience that has profoundly shaped his resilient and forward-thinking leadership style. Before founding Dynamo6 in 2012, Igor held senior technical and leadership roles at various technology services companies.

When he isn't immersed in the world of technology, Igor is a dedicated family man with four children and a passionate football fan, a love for the sport that has been with him since his childhood. His vision for Dynamo6 was to create a company that not only adapts to the constant changes in technology but thrives on digital disruption, enabling customers to keep succeeding in the digital world.

Darin brings over two decades of technology leadership and program management experience to Dynamo6, with a passion for driving digital transformation and software development. His extensive background spans business analysis, software development, security, and architecture.

Before joining Dynamo6, Darin held senior roles at organisations like Illion (formerly TalkingTech), where he oversaw software development and service delivery for global clients including HSBC, Vodafone UK, and O2 UK. He has been instrumental in digital transformation initiatives, such as establishing a cloud centre of excellence at Callaghan Innovation, and developing strategies to improve resource allocation, security, and operational governance.

Outside of work, Darin is a motorbike enthusiast who also enjoys DIY projects.

Korrin is a true believer in technology's ability to transform lives, a conviction that fuels her passion for the AI revolution. With over two decades of IT expertise, she understands that a successful adoption of technology (including AI) isn't just a tech project; it's a people project. Her true superpower lies in navigating the human side of this monumental change.

As organisations dive into groundbreaking tools like Google's Gemini and Microsoft's Copilot, Korrin focuses on the two elements crucial for success: the skill and the will. She ensures your people have the skills to navigate a digital change and the will to want to change. Korrin's impressive career path includes guiding many of Australia and New Zealand's leading companies, including MediaWorks, TradeMe, Xero, and Atlassian, through complex digital transformations. Her deep experience provides a proven framework for helping organisations navigate the challenges and opportunities of the AI era, minimising disruption and turning technological change into a competitive advantage.

Travis operates at the critical intersection of business strategy and technology, guiding clients on their digital transformation journey. With a philosophy centred on challenging the status quo, he moves beyond "how it's always been done" to deliver solutions that create a lasting impact.

He uses a deeply curious and consultative approach to ask the right questions, ensuring that technology is applied with purpose to unlock measurable gains in productivity, efficiency, and growth. His strategic viewpoint is built on a decade of experience across the telecommunications, AI, software, and cybersecurity sectors.

Strong academic and professional credentials complement this practical knowledge; Travis holds sales credentials for Palo Alto SASE and Google Cloud SecOps and is currently completing his MBA at the University of Otago.

Outside of work, Travis enjoys golfing, good food, and spending time with his family. He is also an active member of TUANZ, the Technology Users Association of New Zealand.

Amanda brings precision to her role as Finance and People Director at Dynamo6, ensuring accurate billing and overseeing all things finance and looking after our people. Amanda is the one who keeps things running behind the scenes, looking after our people and finances.

She previously worked as a police officer and, in her free time, worked as a bookkeeper and accountant. She has a flair for numbers.

Outside of the office, Amanda is usually found coaching sports for her children or training for marathons. Talk to her about football; Manchester United is her team.

Helaman empowers Dynamo6 clients to achieve strategic goals by optimising technology across digital transformation initiatives. With over two decades of IT experience, including a decade leading digital transformation at Tainui Group Holdings, he delivers practical solutions in IT operations, cybersecurity, technology governance, strategic planning, and technology adoption.

His extensive track record includes overseeing large-scale transformation projects such as a cloud-based tribal register, a SAP Dynamics 365 migration, and developing cybersecurity strategies. As a respected leader in the Māori IT sector, Helaman champions culturally grounded approaches that enhance digital capability, protect data sovereignty, and support the aspirations of whānau, hapū, and iwi.

With over a decade of experience in project management, Michelle thrives on the challenge of managing complex projects and gets immense satisfaction from turning chaos into order. She has a proven track record of delivering successful projects for leading businesses, including TSB Bank, Griffin’s Food, Peugeot, Stuff, University of Auckland, InternetNZ, and Kiwi Property.

When she’s not in the office, you’ll find Michelle running on the trails. She brings the same mindset to her projects as she does to her running: a focus on adaptability, breaking down a long journey into manageable steps, and keeping the finish line in sight.

Geoff is an organisational mastermind who ensures the successful delivery and embedding of projects at Dynamo6. With over 15 years of experience in project management, he has a proven track record of successfully delivering complex enterprise solutions for organisations across both public and private sectors.

Certifications in PRINCE2® and ICAgile back his expertise, and he is PMI trained, equipping him to lead projects of any scale. Geoff's experience includes successfully implementing solutions for clients such as Wintec, Healthshare, Callaghan Innovation, Sky, and the University of Auckland, ensuring their successful implementation and ongoing support. He excels at collaborating with diverse stakeholders, from board members to technical and business unit leaders, to achieve successful outcomes and smooth project delivery.
